I can’t believe that four weeks with the Always Eat after 7pm program. have gone by. I will be the first to admit that I was a bit skeptical when I took on this new weightloss journey. As I shared in my first post about the program, I have tried quite a few diets and have hardly found success. To be honest, most of those decisions to “try” were made out of a need to find “quick fixes” to a few problems. Not just physical weight loss goals, but my ability to commit. And now, a month into the program, I am really grateful that I found this!

Overall, Always Eat After 7PM was the perfect fit for me as a diet program. While I haven’t seen too many shifts on the scale, I have seen wins in other areas.

I have increased energy. Which was one of my main goals. With two small children and working from home, exhaustion is sometimes par for the course. But in following the Always Eat After 7 PM program I have noticed that I have higher energy levels during the day which is a major gain.

My Plans to Continue

I am very much used to the eating plan at this point. And if you can’t tell by now, I really enjoy it. I love most of all how I feel. Free of gallbladder pain and the increased energy levels are enough for me to want to stay on track for as long as I possibly can. I believe in committing to things for at least 90 days and that is what I plan to do. I also plan to come back to the blog to share my results after 90 days, so stayed tuned.
