Why I Chose ‘Always Eat After 7pm’

This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.

Summer is right across the street you guys and if I can be honest, being stuck inside, made us skip from the end of winter, straight through to summer. In the midst of getting adjusted to new distance learning routines for the kids, new working routines with Joshua home and just finding our new normal, one of the things that’s been really important to me is that I not take on the “corona 15”. It has been super important that I stay away from packing on excess pounds, managed my bout with stomach issues and if I could, loose some weight in the process.

What Set Always Eat After 7PM Apart…

If I can be super honest, I have tried lots of “diets” and have acquired a decent library of diet books. But I think I have finally met my Perfect. Match.

Now before I give you all the details, I want to be crystal clear about the fact that yes, I AM a VIP Top Leader with a health and wellness company that specializes in products for health wellness and weight loss. But, we all know that with weight loss it is a three legged stool.

When I chose Always Eat After 7PM, it was really important to me that it was a lifestyle, not a diet plan. And that it could check a few really important boxes for me:

-Still incorporated some carbohydrates (because these are important as a migraine sufferer)

-I could easily incorporate into my family meals

-Would help me achieve results with or without exercise

– I could still use the products that I loved

Set Yourself Up for Success

Yes, I was a bit picky with the checklist, but I also wanted to ensure that I was setting myself up for success. I want to ensure that I can meet my goals and see steady progress. Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night. For example, we’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal. According to the Book, “Late-night eating also curbs calorie intake the next day. In a four-week study, dieters added a snack to their daily regimen 90 minutes after dinner every night, and check this out: late-night eaters ate an average of 397 fewer calories per day.”

And I must say, being able to have a bedtime snack guilt-free is a welcome snack!

I’m smack dab in the middle of my first week of the plan you guys and the inches are already falling off. I’m able to incorporate my favorite products in without interrupting the flow of the program. And I feel full and satisfied after all of my meals so far. Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance. Making less room for excuses and more room for results!

My personal goal…

Not only is it important to me that I am able to get rid of my excess weight (50 pounds is my goal) but I also want to have as much energy as I can to keep up with my kids, get a productive night’s sleep, and boost my metabolism. If any of those are goals you have too you should definitely join me!
